No. REQUESTbars are best enjoyed at room temp. In hot environments, REQUESTbars can get soft and pliable. Sometimes, the chocolate chips will melt. If this happens, place your REQUESTbars in the refrigerator for 5-10 minutes before consuming (or eat them soft -- they're delicious that way too!)

All of our products are currently made without soy, dairy, wheat, gluten or eggs. Our bars DO contain tree nuts (including peanuts). Please note that while our facility does not process soy, dairy, wheat, gluten or eggs, some of our ingredient suppliers may experience cross-contamination on their own processing lines. 

Our recommendation is to consume our bars within 6 months of receiving them. Best practice is to keep them sealed and stored at room temperature. REQUESTbars can be refrigerated to extend their shelf life. Just note that refrigeration will cause them to harden somewhat.

Because of our unique blend of ingredients that gives our bars that chewy, delicious texture, they will become soft and pliable in hot environments. If this happens, they are still completely safe to consume. Simply leave your bars inside at a room temperature for a few hours or place them in refrigerator for 5-10 minutes before consuming. For optimal texture, do not consume when completely cold, otherwise they will be too hard.

We infuse specific energies (i.e. courage, faith, fearlessness, etc.) into each flavor of REQUESTbar. We chose a unique name for each flavor of REQUESTbar to help you easily identify which "codes" you're receiving when you indulge in that particular bar. A "code" is an energetic signature that's been intentionally infused into each bar through use of sound, music, prayer, artwork, frequencies and harmonics, light, voltage, PEMFs, and other specific "new energy technologies."
